"04 ORDER DATE?
I am ready to purchase my new truck but I can't find out when the officail date fro placing an order for an '04 truck is. Can anybody help? Thanks Jason

I don't know the exact date, but one dealer told me they would begin taking orders sometime in July for September deliveries.<br><br>100 Proof

I quizzed them about that over the phone today but they said no word has come out of marketing yet. I suspect Customer Service may know but are waiting a few weeks before putting the word out. If I get some info, I'll line it out. 8)

Anyone get an order in on or about 6/25? Today, I tried again to pin cutomer assistance down to a rough delivery date but only in "D" status so far.

I ordered my truck the third week of June. I have been told that DC accepted my order but I have alos been unable to get anything else out of them. I was hoping to get a build date. Schied is having their Diesel Extravaganza in late August, I was hoping to have my truck by then.

Called DC CS today with VON for delivery update. They told me build week 7/24 and ship date is scheduled for August 6th (ordered 6/25). Maybe in by 8/15. We'll see.<br><br>Asked about changes in 04' and CS told me a new color was added, some moulding changes and new radio option. Pretty vague.
