$10,000 off msrp is always a pretty good number I think. I was at just over $11,000 with a dodge employee number when it was all said and done. And I shopped for that for a long time.

What is the financing rate they are offering? Bottom line prices are nice, but if you get a ridiculous high rate, then it diminishes the good price. If you can, play the card that Ford is currently offering 0% financing on their Diesels. Overall though, not a bad price on the truck. I think I picked up my Laramie Mega with everything minus the Nav for around $38K or so...

Jan 1st I paid 37300 for an 08 3500 QC bighorn 4x4 long bed with the 6spd auto and power rear window. I think I did pretty good and you are doing better.

My msrp was a tick higher than yours and the dealer had the rediculous dealer markup sticker to 53K

I got $6500 off plus 0% financing. They offered me another $4000 but I had to take the higher APR to get it.

Got my '06 QC LB 4x4, 36,000 miles this past Dec for $26,000..and managed a 5.9% new car rate before the new year started. Ask about it, if your credit score is really good.

Look on ebay for Dodge Ram Diesel 2008. You'll find what seems to be pretty good deals IMHO. Your number seems to be right in the range of the lowest.
