Whistling turbo

Just deleted and smarty tuned my truck put a new turbo back flo -pro stainless exhaust on and now when i turn on the engine brake the spool down is whistling?
any thoughts on this ?

My guess would be an exhaust leak at the exhaust manifold gaskets or the turbo mounting gaskets.

Yes I tightened up the turbo clamp and now the sound whistles back farther so i will recheck the clamps and report back . Thanks for the help !
