"US" Smarty with "ME" tune?

Talked to Mads this morning and its not true. The pre US tuners will not be locked to street tunes if they are loaded onto one.
So load away...
Just for craps 'n giggles I tested it today. Started with the 28me pre loaded, went to the street tune and back to 28me with no problems.
So I call BS on this one.
