tryig to track down the right turbo for a 6.7
Hello,
I've been out of the truck fun game for a while so I have lost a bit of info and knowledge on the subject matter
I would like to get a new turbo into my 6.7 but I am not sure where to start.
I had a Dtech 62/65-12 on my 03 and loved it, needed a 64 probably but it performed like it was supposed to.
It looks like I could get a Dtech 64/65-12 or 64/71-12 for about $1400 - $1900
Money factors in a little bit into this, but I can save more for the right turbo.
I tow with the truck occasionally and not usually more that 15K or so. usually much lighter and the truck is often unloaded hwy miles.
currently my EGT's are through the roof when the H&S is turned up. I like the exhaust break but don't mind parting with it. if I need to get new exhaust manifolds or other parts i'd like for the turbo to come as a kit.

the truck is deleted, it still has the hunk of garbage above the exhaust manifold. and it has gauges and H&S programmer, and 192k miles. I tried to update signature, but USER CP is not working for me today.

that turbo has caught my eye, it looks to be 100% bolt in and I'd still keep the exhaust brake! has anyone installed this ?
