ECM/PCM Trouble code

I am having issues with my 08 3500(stock) throwing these codes repeatedly (clear them with edge insight and they come back as soon as I start the truck)
<edit> Recently had issues with the truck not starting, changed out stock batteries and the issue was resolved.

P0513 invalid skim key
P2509 ecm/pcm power input signal intermittent

Any help on why this might be happening?

truck:
08 3500 Auto All stock except for the Edge insight CTS for gauges.

Sounds to me like it may be an issue with the TIPM.

Id have someone with a starscan (if you know them) take a look at it.

Possible Causes
POOR CONNECTIONS AT THE BATTERIES
LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE
OPEN FUSED B+ TO ECM
OPEN GROUND CIRCUIT
BATTERY + SHORTED TO OTHER CIRCUITS
RETURN CIRCUIT SHORTED
BATTERY + SHORTED TO GROUND
DEFECTIVE BATTERY

GENERAL NETWORK ERROR
KEY NOT PROGRAMMED
INCORRECT KEY
INCORRECT VIN IN ECM OR WCM
LOSS OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ECM AND WCM
ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM)

Clean and check your battery connections. Test both your batteries.
