OK already. I can't take it any more. I am tired of waiting for the new Smarty for the 6.7L to hit the market. I'm getting 12-13 mpg and need some immediate help. What I want to do is buy a program that will do the best job of increasing fuel millage now and possibly stack it later with the Smarty. Does anyone have a recommendation on a good mpg program that I can install with a reasonable price tag? I'll probably still install the Smarty in 100 years when they finally come out with it on top of whatever I put in now.

 

A buddy beta tested the Edge Jw/att and didnt see any mileage increase, it also went into regen way more often.

 

Smarty is coming for the 6.7L according to Mads' website. Be patient grasshopper.....

 

My guess is that Marco is working on something that wont kil the dpf / cause regen every hour.....if the perfromance programmer / box doesnt address increased regen's due to more smoke, there's little chance it's going to help mileage....

 

dodge also keeps coming up with new flashes for the ecm. When all that calms down it should come out soon after.

 

You won't see a Smarty until AFTER Dodge stops updating the ECM with new flashes. When that happens is up to Dodge and not Marco He doesn't want to sell you something that will become obsolete as soon as Dodge comes out with a new flash.

I know some of you guys get frustrated waiting on them but trust me, NOBODY wants to ship out all those 6.7 Smarty's more than Marco does, be he won't until the time is right

 

So how do you expect to know when they have stopped putting out new flashes? It seems the only way is to wait until there is about a year in time after the last one and then hope that they are done. This means we are still a long ways away from from having the product on the market. Am I missing something or is this the process?

 

I think Edge and Bully Dog have one out for the 6.7 now, but the SMARTY will def top them all when they finally release theirs. The wait will be worthwhile, as usual
