Is my Mini Maxx a tuner or a paper weight
I bought a used Mini Maxx street that was installed on a 2011 powerstroke with full deletes and a high sulfer tune. I have a 07.5 cummins I am hoping to install it on with full deletes. I'm waiting on a VIN unlock code now then hoping to get a high sulfer unlock or a custom tune for full deletes. Is what i'm wanting to do even an option or did I just waste $174?

HIGH SULFUR tuning enables the ability to generate a tune with programming that supports modified emissions systems on applicable vehicles with DPF/DEF systems (2007.5+ Dodge 6.7L Cummins, 2008+ Ford 6.4/6.7L Powerstroke, and 2007.5+ GM Duramax LMM/LML). H&S released two versions of their Mini Maxx and XRT Pro series tuners - STREET and RACE. STREET and RACE tuners are almost exactly identical in every way - except for HIGH SULFUR tuning.

You should have un installed the tune before you removed the tuner. It's probably vin locked now and won't work without a code to unlock it. There used to be a company that sold the vin unlock codes, but keep in mind H&S has been out of business for over 10 years now.
