I have started my compound project. Replacing the stock plastic tank inter cooler as well.
Compounds, I ended up going with DPS 62-65-12/475.
Inter cooler is a CX Racing unit (6mm side tanks)
Fuel will be: honed 45% nozzles, supported w/ a mechanical lift pump.
Programming for now will stay w/ Bully Dog, Crazy Larry
Transmission will be delt with locally as scheduling permits.
Goal is 650 rwhp + and solidly into the 12's in the 1/4 amd still tow most anything w/ total EGT control.
There is a back story to my choices, but for now (got to get back to my day job) the compounds are set on the truck and just have to finish final fit for the inter cooler.
Have lots of pics and will be taking more as well as sharing more of the ups and downs (been a couple)
