Horrible whistle sound when using exhaust brake post deletes

Any time I use my exhaust brake after my deletes it has a bad whistle and sounds like [chaikwa]. any Ideas? I was thinking maybe the gaskets under the block off plates on the exhaust manifold leaking by?

Check the rear blockoff plate, or the vband on the the down pipe

I have a 4" TB Flo-Pro that I just installed a few days ago and I get the same turbo whistle. I have not removed the
EGR(did the Blake delete) or cooler and the cross-over pipe is still installed. I think mine is just the turbo spoolin'
up and I kind of like it. I checked for exhaust leaks but don't have any.
