Help, P244A code

I have been running a Smarty Jr. DPF delete Mega (Cali) style for the last two years. My time has expired and I need to do emissions. I put the DPF and Nox back in and set the tuner back to stock. I had two codes come up, first was for the throttle and second was for the cooler. I cleared these and all was good. I drove the truck about ten miles and the CIL came on again along with the overhead saying the "Catalyst Is Full Get Service". I checked the code and it was P244A Low DPF Pressure. I cleared it and drove for about ten miles and it came up again. I checked to make sure all the connectors are plugged in and one of the pressure sensor tubes didn't slip off but found nothing. Everything was fine when I removed the system two years ago. Short of a spider making a web in one of the pressure tubes I am lost.

Thanks for your help
Jim

Try to unplug the connectors and make sure they are clean on both sides. Spray with contact cleaner, put some dielectric grease and try again to make sure all connections are made. I would try reloading the software as well.

Thanks for the reply mega-engr. I will pull the pressure lines and blow air through them and take your advice on the contacts. It seems that I may be missing a connection but I found three in the NOX/DPF section and two on the down pipe. I believe that is all there should be.

Double check the connect to the throttle valve and EGR cooler under the hood too.

I cleared the code when I got to work this morning. Left work and headed home this afternoon and expected the CIL to come on any minute. My normal commute is five miles. I drove nearly forty miles and the light never came on. Here's hoping.
