Deletes done, Mini Max won't clear codes

2008 2500 6.7 I have done the EGR delete, removed sensors from exhaust, put in the throttle from sinister so don't have to worry about the valve closing. Started it up after going through the install and my Voltage is low now and it keeps throwing the codes, I have tried deleting codes they come back. Looking to see if I can find the latest software for the Mini Max, still looking.

Any advice or help is appreciated. This is our only vehicle and I don't want to have to put everything back on. THanks!
