That's what I am currently running, the ME software. Im currently just running on SW1 with all the default settings as I would like to gauge how the fuel economy is going to work out on the lowest setting and then adjust from there (to the extent that my clutch can handle, that is).

No codes with the ME software?
I would assume you just followed the exact instructions on their website? Are you running sims or any other dpf/egr fooler hardware?

No codes and no problems thus far. I've only got about 300 miles on the Smarty thus far, however. I should have around 1000 miles on it by the end of the weekend and can give my impressions then. Im running an old school BADP Gen 1 fooler box with my 5" TBE and a standard EGR delete (no cooler delete). When I went to install the Smarty I just unplugged the throttle valve plug, plugged in the motor from the EGR and pulled the plunger, zip tied it out of the way, and downloaded the Smarty all by the instructions on the website. The install went flawless. There's been some comments on cumminsforum.com about a p0106 code popping when you run the even numbered SW's and Marco is supposedly looking into it. I've only run SW1 so I can't comment on that personally, however. So far so good for me. After I run this tank of fuel through I plan to start playing with the settings a bit to see what combination yields the best fuel economy for me.

Can you run with the EGR unplugged with the S67? Or should I plug the EGR back in?

Depends on the software you are running. The ME software has a specific set of instructions as to what needs to be "adjusted".

That would be the standard software as the truck is stock. I have the EGR unplugged now and just got the S67 (regular). It says it is for a totally stock vehicle, which I have all the way down to the paper filter. But, the EGR is unplugged and was wondering if this would screw anything up or not or if anyone even knows... Maybe I should just plug it back in?

You shouldn't have any problems with the EGR unplugged. The baseline S67 software just won't prevent the EGR codes from tripping and the CEL from coming on. At this point, you are probably used to that though...lol
