6.7 injectors vs 5.9 injectors
Will all the talk about cracked bodies on the 5.9 injectors when we up our pressure levels. i know the 6.7 injectors are not identicle to the 5.9s but can the 5.9 head be machined to accept the 6.7 injector body or can the 6.7 body be machined down to fit a 5.9 head? being that the 6.7 injector is such an improvement with the stainless steel body ect if the injector or the head can be modified can early model tips be put onto the body?

To Don M, question about sixgun on 06 ram..
Are you finding the added pressure of the sixgun to have adverse affects on the injectors? Everyone says it's a safe pressure increase with no spikes and stays below 24.5k on lower levels. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

I wish it was that simple. The injectors are not compatible with the ECM's in the 03-07 5.9 trucks. Different voltage, current, and inductance in the solenoid coils.
