I purchased a 5 inch motoblue exhaust from this iternent site approx. 3 weeks ago. It was suppose to come with a 5 inch tip free with the exhaust, but it came wit a 4 inch. So I called them up and they said they would send me one right out, never recieved one called again then they told me to email their exchange dept. did that and never recieved anything. So I called once more then they told me to take that 4 inch tip to ups and pay out of my own pocket shipping to ship the 4 inch tip back and they would send me a 5 inch one. I just wanted to pass on to everyone this very poor service, I'm not going to ship the 4 inch tip back and I'll never purchase anything else again from this place. POOR POOR SERVICE.

I have had nothing but problems with these guys over the years. If they have what you ordered in stock it will usually ship out that day. The problem is that alot of the things they advertise are not even in stock, especially if it is a new item. I have seen them advertise products as in stock that the manufacturer hasn't even started producing yet. If you order these things you might have to wait more than 3 months to get the item. They also won't give you a full refund on those items if you get tired of waiting for them.

I ordered a set of Dynatech headers($1,400.00) for my hemi and I even called and made them verify that they physically had a set and had put my name on it. (They lied)3 months later I finally get the headers and guess what? They were the wrong ones. They then said they would send the right ones and I waited another couple months and received a small package with a piece of tubing in it. I never found out what the tubing was supposed to be but it sure wasn't the headers. A couple weeks after that I finally received the correct headers but found that my credit card had been double billed. I only ever got back around a $1,000.00 of the extra charge of $1,400.00 that they double billed me before I gave up.

Good Luck if you use these guys......... Tom J.

Well, I had bad/good luck with them. I ordered a motoblue dual 4". I got a single 5" stainless....okay but i already had a 5" single!!! SO i get it sent back, they sent me a shipping ticket, and i finally get my dual 4" in a box so beat up I was scared to look in it. Full dual 4" Flo-Pro system....I kept quiet.

Do a search. You are not the only one disapointed. There were 2 threads lately talking about problems with them.

They are out of there basement it seems like Yes they are cheaper than anyone but that is for a reason. A guy called me and asked for Dynatech headers I gave him a price and he almost fainted. They were $400 cheaper than me. no way. Called them up it was not a dynatech system but a knock off that was like dynatechs or something like that. Google them very bad rep. They are out for the 1 time sale thats it.
