There are so many now that I'm sure I've only found a few. I'm wondering... what are the best diesel vendors? Best in terms of customer service, low price, MILITARY DISCOUNT if applicable, that sort of thing?

I'm looking for a new turbo, programmer and some other goodies but before I spend money, I wanted to be sure I've checked out more than just the few vendors I know about.
