I was also looking for a set for my '03 2500 Diesel. The dealer wanted $125 each for the ($250). So I bought a DrawTite Front Mounted 2" reciever trailer hitch which also comes with 2 hefty safety chain loops. All for $175. I can pull anything or be pulled from the front. It is also alot easier pushing boat trailer etc around from the front than the rear.
Check it out here:

What type of tow hooks?

What type of tow hooks are you looking for? If it is the stock MOPAR ones let me know.

Try dodgetruckparts.net, they have the factory tow hooks for around 150 for the set.

I wouldn't go with anything other then factory hooks or a front reciever. I ripped the frame on my 2000 dodge diesel by not doing it right the first time.

I have a set of Mopar hooks that I removed from my truck when I changed bumpers. If anybody wants to buy them, PM me with an offer.

I bought the factory kit from http://www.dodgeparts.com/ . Do not buy just the hooks from someone. The factory kit includes reinforcement brackets that must be installed behind the bumper. Without the brackets, your tow hooks are just for show.
