Technically there are NO tires that are 36 inch tall and fit a stock 06 Dodge Dually Wheel.

Some people squeeze 35 inch tall tires on their dually rims but it is not recommended by the manufacture. This is the reason I haven't bought any 35 inch tires for my dually yet I have seen a few pictures of people who put the 35 12.5/315 70 tires on the dually rim and it just looks like the sidewalls will rip out and/or have serious crowning like I had when I put 35 12.5 on the stock 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 wheels.

You can step up to tractor trailer sizing in 19.5 / 22.5 but you will have an additional investing up front for the rims and the tires cost more...you will get 100k plus tire life out of them though. What you won't get mostly likely is a tire that suits the aggresive off-road stance you are looking to create.

If it makes you feel anybetter....3500 suck in true off-road conditions...mine sinks like a stone

Guys, The only way to put wide tires on a dually is to go with a custom aftermarket rim...do a seach you'll find lots of posts. To put tall tires on you can go to 19.5's on custom rims from the same guys that make 17 and 18 and 20 and 22 custom dually wheels. I couldn't fit 265 70 17's on a Dually rear so I had to go 265 70 outside and 235 80 inside and 265 on the front.

I've had my truck just about everywhere and the front end is the same as a 2500 and it does sink...I've had her to the front bumper in slime. I've also towed 25 000 pounds of logs and log trailer uphill through 6 inches of snow on 4 inches of mud...Had to crank the TST and keep the revs at 3 grand for way too long but it was a show for sure. Mud musta went 250 feet everywhere as I don't have flares or mud flaps on. I took me 4 hours to get the mud out of every crevice of the truck. The tires make the 4 wheeling offroad...although I nnnnnnneeeeeeeddddddddd a front locker as I don't have or want our Trac Lok on the rear. I even pulled the John Deere out of the woods over stumps that were high centering the diffs. I would like 37" tires but they would only give me 2 more inches of clearance. ks
