What Lift for the money
I got my 4.5" Superlift w/ Bilstiens shipped to my door for $1,089.
I have a great ride, great look, at a great price....hard to beat for under $1,100 to my door.
Everyone know's how nice our truck's ride with Bilstien 5100's and there was no way I was going to compromise that to save a few bucks on basic generic shocks that come with base lifts.
I also added a pair of Fox Shox w/ resivoirs to the front end and hung them w/ ton gunz mount. That was an extra $400 but it took my truck to another level of performance. Before the Fox Shox I was looking at getting a rear sway bar since DC decided it wasnt needed but its almost a must on a 4.5" lift. I had more body roll in the turns then I wanted. After the Fox's it took ALL the body roll out and improved my dampening by 100%.
This is a great choice for someone on a budget that want's a great looking lift w/ great shocks at a low price.
Just like everything in life it all depends on how much money you have. If I was rich sure i'd have a full blowen 5" street/race system made up by Carli, Lorenz, or Thuren (Sorry no KORE) but im not rich.
My whole goal was to to have a 4.5" lift and I wasnt going to settle on a leveling kit or a 2.5" system like the race companies had at the time. Sure I could of spent about the same on a bottom drawer system from the race companies and im sure it would ride great but I wanted the attitude of a 4.5" lift not a set of srings or spacers.
Everyone is different and has different goals. For me I still get excited everytime I look at my truck and I glad I dont have regrets on anyhting I have bought. I'm pretty poor cant afford to make bad decissions so I research the heck out of everything I buy and try to pass it along to others.
I dont think this setup can be beat for overall performance and price of a box lift kit.
P.S my second choics would be BDS. Ive heard some good things about them and them seem to be cheap.

Nice looking rig Slow
When my warranty runs out I would like to get my rig looking similar to that.
Not sure on springs but I'm 99% sure I'll be getting a set of Thurens radius arms as a starting point for the buildup.
Did you have to make any mods to the rest of the drivetrain, indexing ring etc...?

curious why Thuren wasn't on the list, i've heard a ton of good things about his stuff and it looks sweet.
Not to hi-jack, but does he make a leveling kit, just wanting to get better ride and fit 35's or 37's with little lift as possible.
