Well I went for broke,,, now I need to figure it all out

I went for the gusto,, full race tranny from NADP, all billet. Phat shaft 6280super, and a fass 150/95. But now I have to set it all up proper.

I am only getting 38lbs boost,, I would like to see 45 (is this reasonable with the aforementioned) also I tried stacking my bullydog with the juice, didnt really seem to notice big change,, going to play with it some more in the near future.

How do I boost up the boost on that turbo? anything else I need to know?? I am thining of going with a ppe programmer,, I have heard that it works better with the juice that I have,, any thoughts on that?

Kevin

If you are going by the boost numbers on your Edge Attitude monitor then 38 is the max you are going to see.
At a certain point the factory map sensor maxes out and will not read any higher. Same deal on the TST digital gauge..it is only good to around 40psi.

Do you have a manual boost gauge?

There is a little allen head screw on the wastegate hose elbow. Each 1/4 turn tight makes 3-4psi more. Can't believe you can't notice any diff. using the BDPP vs not using it. Mine is like night and day difference. You got nearly the exact setup I have minus injectors.

I do,, but it is an autometer, and it maxes out at 35,, looks like I am going to have to start looking for a differnt boost guage,, and ideas that will match up with the dodge guages?

It's like I have my own protege' Yeh here yah go. Don't have a boost gage, but these Isspros are the way to go. I noticed a world of difference when I turned the boost up on mine across the bord, but most noticable on the big end!!!!
