Water/Meth opinions

Lets hear from all of you out there that are using water/meth kits. Are they as good as advertised? Do they cool like they should? Are the power gains significant? Better than paying $1200 plus for a turbo to accomplish the same thing? Bring it on guys!!

I have the Stage 3 From Snow Preformance
It Knocked over half a second off my 1/4 mile time and does cool the EGT alot
But I also use it way up too fast.
the stage 3 kit from snow comes with a nice Controller . you can adjust when it kicks in and How much spray you want.
When I use it on the hiway it adds 2-3 MPG

But I think a turbo would be better First

There is no replacement for a turbo upgrade. That being said, I have the Coolingmist St2 and really like it. I burn washer fluid with 12 and 18 GPH nozzles. I took the pump off the relocate it and I was without it for 2 weeks until I remounted it. I didnt realize the benefits until I went without it.

Water/meth will lower EGT's with the stock turbo but its a bandaid fix. Theres more to the game than lowering EGT's. Your engine is crying for more air.

Water meth is good after you have done turbo and all the other stuff...

I have a snow stg 3 as well; it is good form some egt reduction and a little mpg improvement and power gain but nothing that will make you sit up and take notice. Like getting an intake horn, I consider this to be one of the last pieces to the puzzle.
