I'm looking to install this muffler in my ‘03 stock exhaust. Is this a direct replacement? If not what do I need to make it work? Is this something I can do in my drive way or do I need to take it to a muffler shop? Please comment on the sound inside and out. I’m looking for a good turbo whistle with a big rig sound. I will be installing a ****** whistler intake (silencer ring removed and gutted intake tube).

If you're looking for turbo whistle out the exhaust, make sure you get a muffler w/o any packing materials. My 51" Donaldson cancels sound mechanically, much like an Aeroturbine. If the Walker is the same, you'll hear a faint turbo chirp at idle and when letting off the throttle. If you want more, get a bigger turbo!
