Having some real problems with a vib at all speeds more noticeable at 50+. It feels like a vib shimmy with a slight bump at the same time in the seat/floor/cab but not in the steering at all. Its gets really noticeable after 5 to 10 min after driving like it has to get warmed up or something to really feel it but you can feel it when its cold to. Also at freeway speeds I have put it into neutral and still have this problem. I have bal tires/ changed u-joints in the reel drive line and no play in drive line, rear seal replaced, new rear shocks still having problem. My wife is tired of me spending money and nothing to show its fixed. I just want to crash this thing and be done with it. Can't afford to keep paying $$$ for no results. Most friends can't noticed anything but a bummy ride cause its a truck but when i describe the issue they can kinda notice it and some think i have a sensitive ***. Not sure if its the diff or what im going crazy to get to the end of this and have been living with this for 2yrs.

If it's a long bed have you checked the carrier (hanger) bearing? I replaced mine with much more robust Spicer bearing after 280k miles and it was night and day difference.
