Valve Cover....Not The Vanity Cover!
I've seen pics of a complete valve cover(without the vanity cover) that looks similar to a 24 v cover but for 3rd gens. Anyone know where to find these for a decent price? I just can't see paying what is asked for a vanity cover when you can get the full-tilt-boogie!!!
Try Geno's Garage!!!!!!!

I've looked there all they offer is an aluminum vanity cover. I've seen the complete "Cummins" valve cover but don't know for the life of me where. It looks just like the 24v covers but fits the 3rd gen head.

a 2nd gen 24v valve cover will fit a 3rd gen but you will have to modify it for the crankcase vent system that the vanity cover, covers.
Its a cummins part. Call Jeff with Mumau Diesel. He will hook you up with every part to do the swap, including breather and all hardware. His business is a certified cummins parts dealer and alot of times cheaper than going straight to cummins.
