Like it says. If I DL, do I first need to put my truck back to stock?

nope. just change programs in the smarty, and then plug it into the obd2 port. no need to go stock.

OK, I am looking at it now. On the DL page, where is the place to click that says 2.11? I don't see the 2.11 number or a recent date?
