I got a great deal on most of the piping for a set of twins that use a ht3b over a stocker. Here is a link with some pics

What I have
Cold pipe between turbos
IC Pipe
Downpipe
External Wastegate and manifold adapter
5 in exhaust clamp
Flange from stock turbo and to 3b for hot pipe (I have to make one)
Stock 04.5 turbo

Air Filter

What I need?
Intake pipe
Oil feed lines
Oil drain lines
Intercooler boots and clamps
Gaskets
HT3B 26 cm?


What else do I need. Can I use the same oil return and tee the two turbos together? Do I need to build a mounting bracket for the 3b or is the hot pipe enought? Is there any special way to setup the external gate?

You need a 2nd gen manifold as I didn't see one listed.

 

Quad made a adapter that uses the stock 3rd gen manifold. Thats where the external gate mounts too as well. Its easy to see in the third picture.

 

DO NOT join the turbo drains!

 

Does anyone know that size and pitch the threads are for the oil feed lines?

Another question or two. Does anyone know the OD of the compressor outlet. I dont have a 3b yet but i want to get the cold piping boots ordered. Next question what is everyone using as a gasket for an extrnal wastegate.
