It really does sound like a dog barking. You'll hear "woofwoofwoof" when you jump off the accelerator at high boost.
If you do it a lot you can hurt the turbo. Just ease off the gas at high boost levels unless it's an emergency and you will never have a problem.
The chirp you hear is the belt, it's caused by the high compression engine stopping instantly and the accessories trying to drive the belt.

But with this Sledpuller66, I have barked it like 10 times now on accident... When the TST feels you lift even slightly fast, the fuel is cut back quick, and whoops, barky, barky
FWIW
PS - and trust me, just like my first turbo bark, you will be like, OHHH.... THATS what it sounds like!!!
What you are hearing "CHIRPING" upon shutdown is the serpentine belt when all that power comes to an abrupt halt. Perfectly normal. When I bought my truck, there was a yellow tag on the cig lighter stating to expect the "Chirp" upon shutdown.
Others were concerned about the chirp and replaced their belts with a "GatorBack" from Goodyear (I beleive that to be the source). Mine chirpped for about 3 -5k constantly. Once in a long while it might do it, but I never pay attention to it anymore.
