very true, i remember the day i was installing my tranny he told me to call on his cell when i had it installed and was taking it for a spin- keep in mind this was a saturday evening. i did, and had an issue and he was there to walk me and the guys helping me throw the problem... fixed it for the most part. but when the problem arose again and i had to have a part replaced, he sent it out next day, and even covered the cost of the install of the new part when i had it replaced. couldnt ask for more in a company.
