I am looking for more room for tools in my truck bed. I have an 8 foot bed and curently have a black weather guard above the rail box the biggest on they make I think. I also pull a goose neck so i need something to fit. Any Ideas or picks?

 

I have a small "over the rail" box designed for a Chevy Colorado, but in my truck, it goes over the wheelwells, since my stacks take up a good amount of room. This summer I'm going to have to get a gn hitch, so that toolbox is going to have to go, so I'll probably go with the Craftsman "side" toolboxes. They mount against the side of the vehicle. I'll try to find you a link.

 

I have a weatherguard across the bed I believe the model is 725 in my 8' bed and my g/n works great.

 

I've got one I picked up from a friend. This is THE largest toolbox I have seen in the bed of a truck. It won't fit in the shortbed models. I have pulled goosenecks several times with it, including 3 coolers and several bags and have had no problems. I can fit my Millermatic 175 welder in it along with all my hand tools. The only thing I don't like is not having a tray for smaller stuff, but I'm going to fab something up to put in it. I don't know if you are looking for something that big, but it is a weathergaurd, but not sure of the model
