Trans Upgrade and Fuel Economy

I am working on upgradding the stock tranny. I am wondering if my MPG will rise with this mod. I think I am going with the Tourqe converty and VB, and the shift controller.

You will gain some mileage around town due to the improved fluid coupling. How much I don't know.

I have seemed to loose a bit in town in stop and go trafic. Cruising I picked up a bit but nothing either way to to really talk about.
