Trac bar

I went through two sets of bushings on the stock track bar in under 20K miles. I was having some pretty scary trouble with death-wobble, had even broken one of the sway bar end links. Decided to go with an aftermarket track bar with hard heim ends on it. After a little research I went with the Carli from Diesel Power Products. I also added a steering box support and the upgraded T-style steering linkage.
Only after installing the track bar and everything else and going to an alignment shop, did I find out the caster adjustment bolt on the front right was loose, which was why I was destroying the stock track bar bushings and having the death-wobble. Oh well.
I am quite happy with my setup now, though. For under $1,000 I have a 2005 3500 that no longer wanders down the road. Steers solid and true.
And, yes. Absolutely worth the money!

Went with GDP Ladder Bars on the Truck in my signature G56. Extremely happy with 26k hooked on in my avatar no wheel hop at all just smooth, and surprisingly happy with how she handles empty less bounce less roll. I really like Carli products but GDP Ladder Bars made me a believer!!
