Just ordered one but my question is can I put in myelf without messing up my alignment or do I need to get a shop to do it.

Yeah you can put it in if you have the right sockets. I believe its a big Metric socket which I didn't have. I had a guy that works on light stuff like mufflers and front ends do mine. But he didn't have a alignment machine he got it close but I had to get it aligned. Made a world of difference with the trackbar and Steering box brace which I put on myself.

not a bad idea to get it aligned but....if you adjust the track bar to the same length as the one you removed your not doing anything that changes alignment. When I did mine I just dropped the old one out adjusted the thuren bar to the same length and called it good...
