The 3" coils would be considered a leveling kit. Once the weight of the big C compresses the springs and shocks, it'll be more like a 2.75" lift. Well, that's what Carli's leveling kit states anyway. I'd assume Don's would be similar.

Don's 3" coils sit just a tad taller then Carli's from my experience. I'll see if I can get a pic of a truck with the 2" coils for you guys.

My 2" Thuren coils measure a little more like 2 1/4 installed. Sorry I haven't posted any pictures. I will take a picture tomorrow to give you a idea what it looks like. I could not be happier with this setup. Just enough...

Pic

Here are some pics of my truck, it will give you some idea of the 2" lift. FYI the rear is raised at least an inch or so because of the Sulastic shackle dampener and the parking area slopes a little. You can see how tiny the tires look, the 35"s go on soon. By the way the tires on there right now are worn out 33"s.

Thanks! They are Walker Evans rims. Beadlocks 17 x 8.5 with a 6" Backspacing to closely match stock sizing. I had to wait like 3 or 4 weeks for them to build and powdercoat them. Need to sell the 20" Weld wheels w/tires now. If you need the site where I bought them I can PM you their information.

As Loyd Christmas would say.....I like em ALOT. No I am not in the market, I just had my MKW's powder coated black a year ago. But these would be nice down the road! Tired of all the rock stars, etc. Nice to see something fresh, especially functional with the bead lock .

I wish they had the 2" when I did my 3" carli springs. Now that I have had 2 bilstien 5100s puke under 40k miles I really wish I would have bucked up and bought the Kings. But live and learn, the next truck will be outfitted right. I could not believe the improvement the carli springs made. Like a whole new truck, I am sure you have a big sheep eating grin driving down the road with your new setup.

**post some pics if you can when you get the new shoes on, like to see how it looks.

Right! I catch people looking in my wheel wells checking out the reservoirs... lol! Man it was painful spending the money on them but the ride makes up for it

Returning to 17's along with the new springs should guarantee a nice ride. Nice wheels with the proper bs.!

Yeah,Centerline offers some forged 17 x 8.5 w/6" bs. They're a dab too blingy for my tastes though.

Any pics of your truck with the Walkers on it? Here is mine...white 04 shortbed with black walkers too haha. Also a pic of when they were polished. They are 5" BS with 37's.
