Hi all. I know I read something about the Howard cool down timer sometimes throwing a code. I finally installed mine tonight and checked for codes and sure enough there was a P0882 code. Anyone know what this is? I couldn't find it on the list here. Also anyone else get this code after installing the Howard cool down timer?

Well this is the code definition:

P0882 Generic TCM Power Input Signal Low

Not sure what would cause it except maybe where the wiring is tied in.

 

If you still have the instuctions, look at the part about a Jumper Wire.
That should take car5e of throwing codes
