I talked to them yesterday and 2x's this morning. I still can't get someone to look at my file and say; "lets get this resolved right now." When I finally got to the manager, he told me there are a bunch of people ahead of me who need returns. Ridiculous. If I could return it immediately and just get my money back I would (and gladly pay more elsewhere). They got my by the nose and don't seem too motivated to help me out. Any tips on dealing with this?

If you paid by credit card then you can just call them and explain your situation and they will probably reverse that transaction provided you return the goods to the vendor. I can't believe they have that many returns to handle and can't get to yours.....
My experience with them was good but the guy I dealt with is gone. Maybe that's why he left.....

 

I did paypal. If at the end of the day, they do not have someone doing a quick pickup, I will contact paypal and tell them my story.

Just some general advice here to anyone who is interested. Truckaddons is a joke. They have the worst service at their actual store, and ignorant employees. I can't imagine how bad it must be to deal with them over the internet and by phone.
