can u stack two programmers for instence bully dog and diablo or do you have to have one box and one programmer

You can't stack programmers. They reflash the ecm.

but u can stack boxxes right

yes...some of them...depends on how each box makes power. Don't stack 2 pressure boxes for example. Lots of reading on here about that. do a search for "stacking"
