You can stack the quad with the smarty, just be sure you are using a pressure only tune.
Not sure what you are asking on adjusting "tw".
If you goto the MADS website, it will explain all.
On the opening screen after plugging in, use the adjust options portion of the menu to adjust torque management, timing, rpm limit, wastegate, shift defuel and pressure.
After that go to the screen that allows you to change the sw.
Again, go to MADS website first and take the time to fully understand what these options do before plugging them in.
