from what i understand the power diferance is due to the pump. john has a solution. call him.

and if you dont want it, thats fine with the rest of us. some one has to tell me when my tailgate is dirty.

and im wondering how far past 3500 you guys could have tested....

with what mods? every truck will carry higher on the rpm scale depending on how modded the truck is.

can someone claim to see the 300HP gain that PPE claims ?

yep, 3700 seems like the limit on all the new hot versions....3500 on the HO's. Mine was 3300 but it is now 3500 and no downloader. I'm thinking of doing some teeth trimming on the sensor wheels and then I might get to 7k....just kiddin....so far. We need rpm fooling....it worked for boost foolin. ks

catcher was the replacement ecm for the 2nd gen . Before the smarty came around. Same software as the smarty but the Cm had to be replaced and we didn't have any adjustably.

Bob - what we're the EGTs while Marco's box was adding 170 HP on a stock CTD?

Will need to look at the dyno graphs to get the exact temps.

Add 170hp! .....on certain trucks….that would be all trucks except yours, with certain modifications….that would be all modifications except the ones you have.

Sounds like a Banks add? Just ripp'n.

I was really excited about the smarty and I still want one but its like a big slap in the face to use 03, 04 owners. Not only do they have an extra 20hp stock now they get an extra 50hp with the smarty. Yeah that's great and all for them but it makes me wish I never bought my 03 a few months ago.

There has to be something you can do. I mean im greatful for this product but Im actually sad that im loosing out on an extra 50hp which is alot. Im seriously upset.

It seems like us 03,04 owners always get the shaft. There should be a giant disclaimer to potential 03,04 buyers, that our trucks are lame when it comes to aftermarket elecronics.

Not to get off topic, but our products from the 03-04 truck are actually 10hp more than the 600 amd 10 engines!
