New Chassis cab, 10.87" front diff! Wow!

I have a Diesel magazine that talks about the new chassis cab Dodges. The rear is a Dana 110 (think that is right). The front has a 10.87" ring gear. It looks just like our AAM fronts, just bigger. It is reverse rotation/high pinion. Highest ratio avaliable is 4.10:1. It is one beefy front axle.

I was wondering what rear axle that is - it sure has a beefier case! I also wonder how much it can take compared to a Dana 80 or AAM 11.5. I think they are long overdue to supply a better diff for hard and heavy hauling. I hope they do even better in the 4500s and 5500s. Craig
