six gun and rail pressure
Does anyone know what kind of pressure the six gun runs, I would like to hear from people that have a rail pressure gauge, or just factual knowledge. I know it isn't popular, and I know most people don't like banks. So now that that is said, lets hear what it does.........THanks in advance.

talk to Todd at T&C diesel He's a Banks dealer and has some very good knowledge of fueling....
Well, has anyone ever popped their relief valve on their rail with the sixgun?
No, when i had my six-gun I never had a single problem for a 1 1/2yrs with anything besides the brake light illuminating when I got on it real hard. It does add considerable pressure over stock, but I don't think it would EVER go over 24,500psi. I ran my truck on SL all of the time besides when towing(lvl 4)

The only time it should add pressure is when you are on it right? Just cruising at 65-70 it shouldn't have the pressure jacked way up should it? Thanks.
From how the powerband felt, it definately started later than other pressure boxes and let off quick. And at cruising speeds your pressure should be close to stock.
that brake light thing is due to the fluid sloshing rearward, and the low fluid sensor activating........ fyi
Thanks for the input, I figured it was something like that, because there was no other reaction when it came on.
Not sure what the pressure is, but with the PDA you can adjust it. I ran mine at 150%, but backed it down to 120% untill I cracked and injector.. now it at 100% again!
You must be talking about the accellerator pump parameter. When I cranked mine up I seen no immediate difference besides little smoke. I liked my six-gun though, it was really good with towing.
