Should my sprung, 3250 DD be heavier on the pedal than the OFE?

Sometimes the pedal can be pretty heavy. When I was at the Bakersfield raceway for the Diesel event, I was talking to a guy with a truck similar to mine (he had an OFE). He was curious about the 3250 DD, so I told him to take it for a lil' cruise. He said it was much quieter than his, but he was surprised at how heavy the pedal was.
Does this sound correct to you all?
I wonder if the problem with my hydraulic upgrade can be from too heavy of a pedal.
Thanx.

I had the OFE and turned it pretty colors so I got the 3250 DD I am running now. I don't really notice a harder pedal at all, but that may be because I didn't go straight from stock to DD.
My DD is noisey as hell with the clutch pushed in.

The G56 has a lot heavier of pedal once you change out clutches compared to NV5600. So that might be the difference. An nv5600 with 3250 doesn't have to have hydraulic upgrade, but you do in a G56. Just a thought. Tac
