run away truck
Is it higher in the RPMS when this happens? My truck when I get hgiher in the rpms it will hang for a secong expecially the higher you go. When I pull and when I clutch it at the end it will shoot up past 4000 for a couple seconds then comes back down. i kind of like it because it makes life easier on the turbo.
I have experienced the floor mat issue. Once it did it in the snow and I wish I could of seen the look on my face, but I was too busy craping in my pants.

funny this tread is on here today. i hooked to the sled twice today with the truck loaded with tnt/revo. at the end of both pulls the truck would sit at 3500rpm even after i lifted off the throttle, actually for quite a while on the first one because i was not expecting it. had to shut the truck off with the key. started right back up and would do the same thing even if i just revved it up in neutral. has to be a smarty issue because as soon as i took it back to stock no problems. im sending it into bob to take a look. any thoughts? by the way a "fairly stock" 06 cummins ran right with the big boys with stacks out the hood and everything.
