replacement oil filters for bypass
it may take awhile for that filter unit to show any visible changes. it is only filtering a small percentage of the total oil. depending on how much it flows, it may never keep up with a motor that is generating more soot than the filter can remove.
i still doubt it will keep the oil honey colored though. that statement is just like banks saying that their components wont void the warranty.

I have been speaking with a person in the oil testing industry today off and on and they said to not spend the money but to use a Amsoil EAO or Donaldson Endurance filter with my Valvoline Premium Blue and I should never have any issues. Anyone agree with this? Anyone run either of those full flow filters?
