For Christmas I got some money to put towards a Remote Start and Alarm for my truck. I've heard plenty of good things about DEI/Clifford and some good things about the Auto Page too. So, I was just curious if anyone had any issues or bad experiences w/ either of these to help sway my decision. Also, the outfit that carries the Auto Page is a locally owned business which I'd like to support if possible.

I have a 791 Viper I like alot except the battery in the remote seems to drain pretty fast. It has the two way remote.

 

I have the Hornet from DEI. Its like the viper, a 2 way remote since 03 and no problems, and long start up distance.

 

That's the general consensus I've gotten by reading through older posts. Anyone have any feedback on the Auto Page systems?

 

I have the clifford with the LCD fob. Great little alarm, like kevins600 said it goes through AAA batteries like nobody's business. I keep an extra in the truck, just in case.
