Rattling injector - sound?

What does a rattling injector sound like? I've been reading all the threads but haven't found an answer...

I received a Smarty Jr for Xmas and loaded SW3 on the truck and loved it. I have the '03 305/555 HO engine. Truck has 80K miles on it and is stock with the exception of the 4" SS exhaust and free flowing muffler.

I liked it so much that the next thing I did was do SW3/TQ4/TM4 to see what it was like - liked it even more.

That's when I noticed a subtle new buzzing kind of sound coming from the dashboard area that is rpm dependent.

At first I thought it was just a screw loose in the dash, but thought I'd ask the question.

I backed off to SW2/TM2/TQ2/POD 99 (in case I want to move the boat) and some of the buzzing remains, but mostly gone now. I haven't gone back to stock yet.

Curious, if this is the injectors rattling, is there any detrimental effect from it? Should I be concerned?

Is there any particular setting to eliminate it?

I'm not familiar with the Smarty as I have a BullyDog programmer, but different tunes could cause the engine to have more of a vibration so to speak as you are increasing the timing, injector pulse widths, and so on. This could cause just enough of a change to make your dash vibrate, if thats what it is.

I pulled my dash out to put in some Heater Treater HVAC doors and now when it's cold outside and put my BDDL on the extreme tune I do get some dash rattle but thats only because I ended up with 5 left over screws . However, on the tow setting I don't have that problem.

That's my case....your's could be different but it's a place to start.

jhenson, thanks. I'm pretty sure that the only loose screws are the ones in my head and ears. I'll not worry about it. I do like the additional power, and shouldn't have waited all these years!
