Question on Programmers.....

I have an 06 CTD and Im wondering what programmers are good to use without tearing up things. Im going to keep everything stock on my truck as far as engine and drivetrain and Im just wanting a little more power than stock (enough to tell and enjoy). I ewas looking at the flashpaq. Is that good? Also I want to be able to remove the program and be untraceable for the dealers. Any ideas or input??? Thanks

Smarty would seem to fit your request.

Smarty's wont screw things up? Im stretched out by making the payments on my rig, the last thing I need is a bill for work on the truck and a terminated warranty.

I think it is the closet to undetectable. Do a search by brand name and you'll get allot of information, good and bad, on all of them.

DiabloSport is a good choice to look at also about half the price as Smarty. Has 3 power levels 65 hp 100 hp and 160 hp. Start low won't really hurt to much and when you upgrade your truck some more can turn it up. If you do get it just remeber to set program back to stock before any dealer work.

I hate being negative on these types of threads but NOTHING is completely undetectable to my knowledge even though they say they are and also if you dont want to tear something up..leave it like it is. Smarty is Big and u will turn it up . quad xzt or edge ez is what you're looking for but be careful. good luck

If you have an issue, they can use it as an excuse....e.g. bad injector, burnt tranny with 5k miles on it....they can blame a programmer / box to get out of the warranty.
