I have a quad rail gauge. i only use it for lift pump pressure as it fries rail sensors so i dont even wanna go thjere. anyways i get 16-18 psi steady on the highway or when im into the fuel pedal a lil bit. (i have FASS system 95/150gph) but when i putz around my small town and goto stores etc..i get readings of 0-10 psi very very fast and erratic. what is this? my fuel tank is full and my fass is new and installed right....??/

 

Mine was eratic until I put the Airdog on. Now it stays at 17-19 until I get to 1/4 tank, then it warns me real quick to find a pump.

Do you have the new or the old Quad RPG?

 

Sounds like your FASS is still screwed up.
A RP gauge will not fry your rail sensors.

 

its the quad fp sender, send it in they have an updated one,mine did the same thing. you could put a mechanical gauge on and verify it if you want.
