How about another thread for quad gauge issues.....this one is about mounting locations.

I mounted mine on the steering column....well, the bottom of the gauge cluster I should say. I used some velcro, but it's been so hot that the adhesive isn't holding as great. It's getting a bit gummy so I may have to try another alternative.

A good safe location to mount the gauge is in the original box far far away from the truck.

The install is as easy as it gets. Run a + and - to power the gauge and plug it in at the stock rail pressure sensor. As for mounting the gauge, it's not a standard round-shaped 2" gauge so most people use velcro and stick it below the gauge cluster (on top of the steering column).

Mine's been working great for almost a year (fingers crossed and knocking on wood ).

There aren't many choices when it comes to rail pressure gauges. Your choices are Dipricol and maybe one other analog display, Quad's gauge, or SPA Technique (very pricey). They only come in one range.
