Youll need a turbo or two and the ONLY springs are the F1's all others are not the same (so ive been told) and same on the cam (3rd gens use the helix2). But thats if you want the tnt/r that goes past or atleast up to 4000rpm. The springs can be done by themselves you dont have to have the cam but with a big single you will want it to spool up quicker.

your gonna need Springs most definatly. There ar alot of places you can go to for springs. I run Don M Sportsman springs and run a Scheid Cam. Alot of good cam's on the market. Scheid, Don M, Maxspool. Scheid and maxspool are a bit cheaper since they are regrinds. I would also be looking into a 66mm turbo. Depnds on what you want to do though. Sled pull, drag race, or just street pounder??

You will need springs, cam is not a high priority but will help with spool.

Greg hogue does have his own springs. They are of a different manufacture than F1. That does not mean to imply one is better than the other; I've seen no evidence to suggest otherwise. FWIW, both have been used very successfully on high rpm motors.
I have not heard anything regarding Hogue's springs not being heat treated.
