don't know about the PMT, but on my TD it asks about tq mgmt and low end power (Y or N), and about adjusting the speed limiter and rev limiter prior to the download, while plugged into the truck.

You won't get that low end option 'cuz you have a manual trans.. The PMT most likely realizes that so it won't be offered. I think, not positive.

Where do you have the power source plugged in for the pmt?? Try a diff. fuse if you're jumping, try a spare fuse port or wire up a extra fuse panel especially if you plan on adding any more electrical acc. It's not very good to keep using jumpers from the stock fuse box, could cause an elect. fire. Honestly I was jumping and read someone added a fuse panel (7 circiut from painless) and I use on my race car, why didn't I think of using it on the truck. I was keeping the 2 seperate both diff. worlds but in some areas the same, common sence.

Here's what you do; get your self a light(circuit) tester( under $10) from any auto parts store and check for yourself. This little tool will be useful for a long time. I don't mean to offend you, I don't know how mech. inclined you are. I'm just trying to help. I'm telling you in case you don't know how to use it. All you have to do is ground where the stock ground is on the inner fender drive side by the hood shock. Then stick the probe on one side if the fuse insert and see if the light bulb glows with and with out the key on. When it glows with the key off, DON'T use it, go to the other side of the fuse insert and check, that should be the side to jump from. PM me if you have any trouble of what a tester looks like.

Thanks, I appreciate the help. I just got done trying all the switched fuses for powering the pmt including the spares that were switched and it still interferes with the radio on certain stations. If i disconect the power to the pmt my the stations come back. Has anyone with the Bully dog pmt had any similar problems?
